Record Appraisal Season

The 2024 Appraisal Season for Leeds Teaching Hospitals and the City Health Care Partnership was concluded recently at the end of June, resulting in both organisations enjoying a record year.

Leeds Teaching Hospitals recorded 14,678 completed staff appraisal, which represents 93% of staff qualifying for an appraisal.

The City Health Care Partnership went a step further in recording 97% of their staff qualifying for their annual PDR’s (Personal Development Reviews) achieving completion.
