About Us
Innevate was established in 2013 to specialise in custom solution development primarily for NHS organisations. This was triggered by an opportunity in 2012 to engage with Leeds Teaching Hospitals on an exciting project they had in mind called the Training Interface.
The project was to develop a secure staff portal website with its own built-in learning management platform that was capable of integrating with ESR.
The objective was to improve the Trust’s staff mandatory training compliance rate from 45% to a much higher level. This would be achieved by staff logging in to the Training Interface and carrying out their training on-line using approved e-learning courses and other learning tasks.
In October 2013 the Training Interface was launched and was an immediate success. Within a two years the mandatory training compliance rate rose significantly from 45% to 75%. Today this stands at around 87% and with the advent of elfh e-learning is likely to continue improving.
The excellent early impact of the Training Interface very quickly made it a focal point for the inclusion of other staff systems, notably annual appraisals and local compulsory training.
A further 10 years on from the initial launch the Training Interface is still going strong and ideally placed to continue to do an excellent job for the next 10 years.
The Training Interface was the catalyst for a number of other things happening.
In 2016 we secured a contract with the City Health Care Partnership (CHCP), based in Hull, for a similar solution to the Training Interface. The CHCP solution, known as the Staff Learning Portal, has recently added General and Clinical Supervision to the existing staff training and annual Personal development review services.
In 2018 we got the opportunity to work for Civica to develop a Declaration of Interests portal website, called Declare, that is currently being used by over 50 NHS Trusts and Organisations.
What defines us is the quality and experience of our development team.
Using the latest Microsoft technology we have been able to build, customise and evolve the solutions for both Leeds Teaching Hospitals, CHCP and Civica to meet their precise requirements without compromise.
Our decision to host solutions with Microsoft Azure has been instramental in us providing exceptional performance, which can be scaled to meet demand. This has enabled us to provide a complete end to end service covering all areas of development, maintenance, support, and hosting.
