Clinical Supervision
The City Health Care Partnership have been working with us on an exciting new staff service for Clinical Supervision, which in the past has been largely paper based.
The Clinical Supervision system incorporated in the CHCP Staff Learning Portal has been successfully trialed and subsequently launched in April.
CHCP hope to get ahead of the curve in having a system for Clinical Supervision fully functional ahead of any recommendations likely to come out of the Thirlwall Enquiry in to the Lucy Letby case.
The new system allows staff and their appointed Clinical Supervisor to carry out any number of clinical reviews throughout each year. Part of the system involves the facility to flag up and escalate potential issues raised by staff in their clinical reviews.
