Staff Reviews
Using carefully crafted design and programming we have built staff review systems for both Leeds Teaching Hospitals and the City Health Care Partnership, which meet their specific requirements precisely.
We have factored in the facility to alter the design and content of staff reviews every year and retain backward compatibility. This has allowed the staff reviews to keep fully up to date with any new requirements.
The layout used for reviews is highly responsive and user-friendly based on tabs and collapsable panels making it enjoyable to use across multiple devices.
Reviews are programmed to allow reviewees and managers to work collaboratively and there is a system for reviewees to appoint their manager.
Over 97% of Leeds Teaching Hospitals staff in the 2024 Appraisal Season confirmed their appraisal was valuable.
When staff login to their private portal they get access to their own current and past reviews. If staff act as a manager for other staff then they will have quick and easy access to view and manage their reviewees reviews.
In the 2024 Review Season, which runs from the start of April to the end of June, both Leeds Teaching Hospitals (93%) and the City Health Care Partnership (97%) produced exceptional performances in their staff completing their annual reviews on-line.
One of the advantages of the Staff Portal is that it allows the staff reviews to integrate with training. Staffs mandatory training is displayed inside a Training tab and can require reasons to be entered for competences not being in date. A major benefit resulting from this is that staff reviews drive up the completion of staff competences and staff training compliance.
Both Leeds Teaching Hospitals and the City Health Care Partnership have a mandatory course setup in ESR for their staffs annual reviews. When a staff review is completed it instantly changes the associated staff competence to completed, which is then data-loaded updating ESR.
